I ordered 2 Kobo’s on the 1st Jan -payment taken same day still haven’t received them had to phone an 0871 number generating more money for idealworld to be told that they were posted on the 7th. Heard that tosh from them before on an order that was never received and eventually got refund for. Won’t be shopping with idealworld again after I have received these Kobo’s. Liars and cheats… in this economic climate there are retailers out there that would appreciate my custom and that are more honest!
